The MILU Guide is a document for planners, architects, developers, policy makers and public servants working in the field of regional and urban planning.

The Guide introduces the characteristics and benefits of Multifunctional and Intensive Land Use (MILU). It explains why MILU development is sustainable development. It describes the MILUnet methodology, a method to realise more and better MILU developments and gives an overview of reference cases from all over Europe.
