Assessment of sustainability of office buildings.

Summary: 

IIUE was commissioned by Triodos Bank in 2004 to analyse and assess the sustainability qualities of office buildings which the bank intended to purchase for the first real estate sustainability fund in the Netherlands.
In addition to due diligence reports, IIUE advised how to improve the sustainability of these buildings. An article written by the Bank’s account manager is available in Dutch.
