She worked for instance as an assistant manager in the Dutch Ministry of Transport, where she was involved in internal communication aspects and special projects. Then followed ten years in Greece working as a guide and a travel agency manager. Upon return to Holland she got involved in urban sustainability projects as a volunteer. This brought her in 2005 in contact with Urban.nl, where she built up a great deal of experience. Since 2015 she is engaged in history teaching in colleges in The Hague.

Coordination and facilitation

Bianca has organised workshops, summer schools and congresses on a diversity of subjects at Urban.nl. She assisted in the coordination of IMAGE, a European project and was responsible for writing and submitting proposals for European projects. She did desk research on sustainability topics and was co-author and editor of publications. Bianca furthermore acted as chair in conferences and facilitator in courses and workshops.
For Bianca well-structured process coordination is essential to get the good results our clients expect from us.

Bianca is a member of the editorial board of a small philosophical magazine. She also writes articles for this magazine. She was deeply involved in the development of an urban greenhouse for the Delft based foundation The White Rose.
